Hello I'm Eugene Savage, and I'd like to let all the members of my church know and that is s Avenue Church of Christ Riviera Beach Inc then on April 15, 2015, my church membership was terminated by pastor Jonathan young and the churches acting spiritual directors whoever they are its still somewhat of a mystery me on Saturday April the 18th I received this notice of termination the United States Postal Service certified letter return receipt requested which was pinned by the churches legal counsel John M how Esquire Mr Howell was at the Tuesday night business meeting now there were no specific reasons provided for the termination except a review of correspondence received from me over an 18-month period determined that I should be terminated immediately previously I sent several letters to pastor young asking about the churches financial stability and wanted financial reports however on March the 31st 2015 after I received no response I wrote another letter this time requesting records and recordings of any and all church business meetings dating back to April of 1st 2014 to March the 31st 2015, and I used this Florida Statute chapter 617 point one six zero two for nonprofit corporations and by law the church had 10 business days to respond obviously determination was passed to Young's response now this same termination happened also to a Richard Jackson another member now listen I've been a member of my church since 1973 and have never been so insulted by the callous action of brother Young who did not abide by our bylaws but more importantly from a biblical perspective by the Word of God which teaches us how to approach one who is overtaken in a fault if I was so overtaken we find this in Galatians 61 through ten are one with whom you have an art against, and we find this also in Matthew 5 and 218 and Mark 11 and there are plethora of other examples in the Bible, and I am sure that pastor you are more familiar with them than I am however none of these were approaches or use for my termination
